Getting started

BI turns your data into charts — the conclusions are still on you. ikePulse diagnoses across your connected platforms, ties every conclusion to the data and reports behind it, and turns it into actions you can take today. Anything Iko executes happens only with your approval.

Operators and growth leads running DTC brands on Shopify, founders who run their own store, and agencies managing several stores. If your day starts by opening GA4, Search Console and ad managers, it's built for you.

No. Sign up and verify your email to get 300 credits, then unlock 200 more by connecting your store (each valid 60 days). Daily Q&A is unlimited. Add a card only when you choose to upgrade.

A 500-credit welcome pack, unlimited daily Q&A, a trial of the business panorama and store diagnosis, and a solo workspace — enough to run the loop on your own data before paying.

Each platform connects in about a minute through official OAuth; after the first connect, aggregation and the initial panorama run automatically — most people are inside their first diagnosis within ten minutes.

No SQL, no tracking-code work. You connect with the same account you already use, and ask Iko in plain language. The technical side is ours.

Data & platforms

Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Shopify, Meta Ads and Google Ads today, with more platforms added through the plugin center.

Yes. Brand diagnosis and GEO (AI visibility) need nothing but your site domain — they run right after sign-up. The business panorama and store health diagnosis can wait until you connect GA4, Shopify and the rest; plenty of people start with their first report this way.

Click “connect,” sign in on the platform's own authorization page, and you're redirected back — no copying API keys or passwords. Manual binding is available as a fallback when OAuth isn't possible.

Connections default to read-only — enough to aggregate and diagnose. Write permissions are used only for actions you explicitly authorize, one at a time.

The initial sync pulls the history each platform makes available, typically several months; after that, data refreshes on schedule automatically.

Tell us via support — platform requests feed the plugin roadmap. Meanwhile you can upload exports and documents directly; Iko works from those too.

Credits & billing

Credits meter Iko's work — thinking, knowledge retrieval and tool calls. Different action types carry different weights; you're charged only for what a run actually consumes.

Daily Q&A is unlimited; diagnoses, reports, copywriting and scheduled tasks are charged per completed piece of work. The usage page itemizes everything by work type, so nothing is hidden.

Your data and connections stay intact; daily Q&A keeps working, deeper work pauses until you buy a one-time credit pack (valid 12 months) or upgrade. Nothing is deleted.

Monthly credits are valid for their period and don't roll over; annual plans pool the year's credits, and credit packs remain valid for 12 months. When balances overlap, the soonest-expiring credits are spent first.

Payments run through Paddle, our merchant of record (major cards supported); contract-based Team plans are arranged via [email protected].

Team

Paid plans include unlimited members — no per-seat fees. Everyone shares one credit pool, so usage rather than headcount is what's metered. The Free plan supports a single member.

The workspace owner sends an invite from the team area; accepted members join the same workspace, connections and reports.

Permissions are explicit — the owner controls who can connect data, run diagnoses or authorize writes; billing and subscription settings stay owner-only.

Security & privacy

Credentials are encrypted at rest, traffic is encrypted in transit, and tenants are strictly isolated — the specifics are spelled out in the Privacy Policy.

Service infrastructure runs in the Singapore region; the full list of processors and their purposes is maintained in the Privacy Policy.

No. Every write — to a store, campaign or email — needs your explicit confirmation, and each one is written to an audit log you can review.

You can disconnect a source or delete the workspace from inside the product, or email [email protected]; what's deleted and what's retained, and on what timeline, is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Plans & cancellation

Yes, from the workspace at any time. Upgrades are prorated to the rest of the period; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

Cancel yourself from the workspace — no call, no retention flow. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period.

You can export everything before the period ends; retention and deletion after cancellation follow the schedule in the Privacy Policy.
